We want you to love your new instrument, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Orangewood products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Guitar

  Carefully place the instrument back in its original gig bag and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
