Where are Orangewood guitars designed and set up?
All Orangewood guitars are designed at our headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Every instrument undergoes a professional setup by our team of luthiers before shipping to ensure it is ready to play right out of the box.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the instrument must be in its original condition.
Do your guitars come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Orangewood guitar comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Is a gig bag included with my purchase?
